They say a devil stalks the alleys of Hell's Kitchen, but then again those who usually say they saw the devil man spend their nights ingesting illicit substances, so who can believe their claims? I don't know about a devil but you 'd have to be a daredevil to jump down off rooftops and beat down the Kingpin's well armed thugs with your bare fists. Of course, some folks report seeing him with a pair of batons, others say he can see in the dark and moves so fast he's like a red streak flashing in the dark. I think they're confusing Hell's Kitchen's vigilante with the one from Central City, and even though he looks like a devil his actions show he's more of a guardian angel.
