On Friday, a large crane at the Dallas Museum of Art in Dallas, Texas fell over . Thankfully, no one was hurt except for the operator, who escaped with only minor injuries. The crane damaged part of the outside of the museum building. It narrowly missed the large, red abstract sculpture that you see in the photo above.
It took a while to extract the crane from a yard in front of the museum. The museum was closed at the time, but later opened. Many visitors assumed that the crane was a new outdoor art installation that they had not previously heard of.
