When viewed from the right angle, this arrangement looks like the skyline of London, including Big Ben and the Shard in the background. But unlike the buildings of London, it’s completely edible! Food artist Michelle Wibowo made it out of cookies.
We've featured several of Wibowo's inventive food designs in the past. She displayed this new arrangement at the Aéroville Shopping Center in Paris. It’s composed of shortbread cookies, wafers, breadsticks, marshmallows, and custard cream held together with melted chocolate.
